We are incredibly proud of our senior boss, who founded his first company at the end of 1969 to trade in wood products.
His 50 years of experience are our greatest support in the daily sale of beautiful solid wood products.
His ideas, his joy in the work, and his enthusiasm are always a source of inspiration for our small team.

Erst-Holz® stands for: First Wood brings coziness to your home through its natural appeal and also represents Erhard Steinhaus, our senior, who started trading in wood products in 1969. Over the years, a lot of experience with the natural product wood has been gathered.

We are happy to advise you on our products by phone or email if you have any questions. Our furniture comes with assembly instructions for self-assembly.

**Sustainability**
Sustainability is of utmost importance to us out of conviction. We select our product range primarily based on corresponding criteria. The wood used in our production comes exclusively from European forests that are sustainably managed without the use of toxins.
Using electricity from the most environmentally friendly sources possible for our office and warehouse is a matter of course for us. We source this from Green Planet Energy.
Our shipping service provider GLS launched an environmentally friendly program in October 2019, which we strongly support: GLS KlimaProtect.
This program offsets emissions from GLS's business activities and ensures 100% climate-neutral parcel shipping. A large fleet of electric vehicles is part of GLS's program.

We offer a wide selection of beautiful solid wood products:
Beds for all ages, such as bunk beds for children, loft beds for adults, and senior beds, as well as matching bed drawers, nightstands, wardrobes, mattresses, etc.
In addition to solid wood furniture, we also offer classic wooden deck chairs, folding sleds, and beautiful wooden toys.
**Our Warehouse**
We have approximately 3,000 square meters of warehouse space and continuously stock at least 10,000 beds, along with mattresses and other accessories. This allows us to deliver most of the goods within 1 to 2 working days across Germany.

We offer low shipping costs within the German mainland.
